Cornmeal Crusted Prawns

Fumé Blanc is about as versatile a white wine that there is.  Loved by chefs, the Sauvignon Blanc variety can encompass several different expressions and flavors, depending on how the wine is made.  From citrus, lemongrass and grapefruit characters to more herbaceous components such as Italian spice, olive and green pepper, Sauvignon Blanc is a match made in heaven for many foods.  Click here to view the Food and Flavor Complements.

Below, are some delicious recipes that pair beautifully with our Fumé Blanc.  We encourage you to experiment with these recipes.  Some pairings might be better suited to your palate than others.  Remember that there is not a right or wrong answer here – it’s more about the journey than it is the end result!

Enjoy!
